Modular construction is a method where structures are constructed offsite and indoors, then transported to the site for assembly. This approach differs from traditional construction, which builds structures entirely on-site.

Our structures are built with panelized steel framing, steel siding and steel roofs. Metal is fire resistant, water resistant and completely recyclable making it a more suitable material for sustainable homes built to last.
Mobile
Our development methodology allows us to build anywhere while maintaining tight quality assurance and quality control procedures. Our steel framing, siding and roof can be formed onsite from coiled steel stock.
